Mag. Isolde Klinger
Partner
Isolde Klinger is our expert on all matters related to corporate law and national and international M&A transactions. With extensive experience advising investors, entrepreneurs, and companies on complex transactions, her focus lies in the fields of Health Care, Infrastructure, and Software Development. Additionally, Isolde specializes in real estate transactions, where she supports clients through various project stages, offering a one-stop-shop approach.
Beyond her legal expertise, Isolde also possesses sound business knowledge. She frequently publishes on topics within her areas of expertise and regularly lectures at specialized legal academies.
Before founding KPL, Isolde worked at prestigious national and international law firms as an associate/attorney-at-law and, later, as a partner.
Isolde provides legal advice in German and English and further speaks Italian and French fluently.

Mag. Cathrine Bondi de Antoni, LL.M.
Partner
Cathrine Bondi de Antoni is our expert in data protection, compliance, digital transformation, and "New Industries" particularly related to the legal aspects of artificial intelligence. She advises clients in the fields of research and development, telecommunications, and technology. Additionally, Cathrine has extensive experience in enforcing her clients’ rights in court. In the area of digital transformation and “New Industries” she also assists in the development, implementation, and transformation of new business ideas.
Cathrine is a frequent author in leading legal magazines and regularly lectures at several colleges.
Her professional journey took her through prominent Austrian law firms and a prestigious boutique firm in New York. She is licensed to practice law in both Austria and New York and serves as Of-Counsel to a renowned New York firm. Cathrine leads our US desk.
Cathrine provides legal advice in German and English.

Mag. Martin Lanner
Cooperation Partner (ext)
Martin Lanner is an independent cooperation partner of KPL and specializes in labor law and labor law disputes. He provides ongoing advice on all labor law aspects of M&A transactions, including business transfers. Martin also focuses on labor time law, employee participation models, and ESG-related issues within labor law, and assists with drafting individual employment contracts, executive agreements, and works agreements.
He regularly publishes in leading legal journals and is a lecturer at WIFI Vienna.
Martin has worked at prominent Austrian law firms, focusing on transactional labor law.
Martin provides legal advice in German and English.
